Pumpkin on a brunch menu
In November we are hosting a brunch for my son's Bar Mitzvah. Because it's seasonal, we would like to include something tasty and (maybe unusual) with pumpkin in it. Any ideas? Actually, other favorite brunch dishes that you think we may not already have considered would be appreciated (no pork, no shellfish, please).

How about pumpkin ravioli with a brown butter and sage sauce. Or some type of pumpkin soup (love pumpkin soup!). I've had pumpkin soup served with a dollup of sour cream on top and it is great that way.
I love pumpkin in desserts, but I'll defer to the better bakers out there to provide some ideas.
