It's my Birthday! Where to go for Drinks Before Jean George Tonight?

Looking for a place to go before dinner. I'm not feeling anywhere in the Time Warmer Center. Any other ideas?

If you want to stay close, maybe asiate in the manderin oriental hotel.
It;s on one of the upper floors and has great views.
My personal favorite special place for a cocktail is still the king cole bar in the st regis.

How about the Hudson Bar or Library in the Hudson Hotel?

Another great option is the Parlor at the Cafe Des Artistes...cutest bar ever, super yummy champagne cocktails.

Even though you aren't into anything in the TIme Warner Center...Per Se is a great option for cocktails before jean georges. You don't need a reservation and if you can snag the couch in front of the window overlooking the park, the view is pretty great. Plus their signature cocktail is a gin and tonic, and they make their own tonic water....very delicious.
