Pho and bubble tea in Nashua NH

Getting over a cold and it was a choice between Unums or Vietnam Noodle House. Decided to try Unums another night, and had a delicious, restorative bowl of pho at VNH. (And probably saved $100.) You could smell the star anise in the broth, and it came with crunchy bits of tripe, gluey tendon pieces and some nice bits of beef. I feel better already. We ordered some apps too--the spring rolls were full of crunchy, fresh veggies, and the fried rolls were right out of the oil, blazing hot--everything freshly prepared. For those of you who like bubble tea, they have an extensive selection, including durian!

VNH has always been one of my favorite local pho places, although I now more often frequent Golden Bowl in Manchester due to it being much closer to me.

Whose pho do you think is better?

For the pho, I give a slight edge to VNH, but overall, I like Golden Bowl better.

Where does it stand with Pho 88 or Southeast Asia? I love Golden Bowl too - thanks to all you guys who sent me there but I haven't eaten there only take out.

I need to get up there, thanks whs. Do they make the bubble tea without the pearls? Where is VNH located? I could eat asian food all week, wish I could cook it at home.

It's right on Main Street, toward Library Hill on the right going north. Lots of interesting stuff on the menu. I'm sure they'd make the bubble tea any way you asked.
