ISO authentic mai tai

I'm craving a really good mai tai, just the way Trader Vic's used to make it. No pineapple juice, grenadine, or Bacardi rum, please. Does anyone know of restaurants or bars who know how to make an authentic one?

    Try Roy's I have had them there and I fill like I am on Holiday in Maui.
