Juiced Plums, now what?

Hey there,

My mom was kind enough to go through the work of juicing a bunch of plums for me.. strained and all that. But - what can I do w.all this juice besides plum wine? I think I need pulp for most things. Anyone have any successful ideas? I'm looking low sugar, too.

    Reduce it down and use it for a pork or lamb glaze.

      You can make plum jelly out of some of the juice, and use low sugar pectin. that is if
      you can. things.....

      Plum popcicles? Mix with protien powder for a breakfast smoothie? Marinade chicken?

      Or you could just freeze it and save for when you will need it.
