Jewish Food New Haven Area

Hi All,

With the Jewish New Year coming I am desperately searching for good Chopped Liver, whitefish salad and Challah in the New Haven area.
Anybody know of any place where I can find these foods???

I'm a big fan of the Westville Kosher Market -- across from A-1 Toyota, next to Amity Wine & Liquor out by the Wilbur Cross Parkway. I go there for some nova and come home loaded with all kinds of prepared food goodies, it never fails. Their phone is 389-1723; they will be closed September 12-15.

I agree with the Westville Market recommendation. There are a handful of Jewish markets in the Westville section, which has been historically heavily populated by jews, but Westville Market is the best of the lot.
