Chef's tables?

Can anyone recommend DC-MD-VA restaurants with Chef's tables? I'm not just looking for open kitchens, but rather a true chef's table experience. Would love to hear about your experience too! Also, does Inn at Little Washington still have a chef's table? What about Black Salt? I already know about Citronelle, Cafe Atlantico, and Indebleu.

        Also 2941 does I believe though I've never sat at it. Inn still does.
