Recent thoughts on Setagaya?
I still enjoy it about once a week. They are open during that time - the line queues up right before noon. One thing I've been noticing as of late is that they are slightly shorter staffed on the wknds (2 people in the kitchen and 2 waitstaff - as opposed to 3 and 3) so this results in a longer wait - maybe this was just a fluke a few times. The shio or chasyu ramen are great. Not a huge fan of the tsuke-men.
