Tempura in East SFV?

Anybody have a recommendation? Our standby, Yamakawa changed hands and our "spy network" says it's less good. Ambiance has changed to youth oriented, from the view through the window.

In addition to having arguably the best sushi in the valley, Tama also does a very nice job with tempura.
