We've got reservations for our Anniversary on Thursday night. We decided on cabbing it so we can take full advantage of their great cocktail menu without having to worry wich one of us will have to stay sober for the drive home. So, I've pulled a copy of their cocktails off their web-site and everything looks good, but I was wondering what are the chowhound favorites? I know Morton the Mousse prefers the beers, (we usually have the Chimay)I don't like my drinks too sweet, and I love a good spicy Bloody Mary.

That is my favorite, though the meyer lemon drop was great last time, and they had some orange blossom thing that was also delicious.
But the harissa bloody mary just makes me happy.

Agree, the harissa bloody mary is very tasty. Can anyone here produce a recipe, or back-engineer one?

I have tried all of them over several visits, and while they are all good in their own way, the moroccan mary is the best!! It's amazing!

I really like the cilantro lime aide (I think that is the name). Anyway, it is really good and not too sweet. The cilantro adds a really neat complexity.

celery vanilla. it's on the sweeter side, but the black peppercorns round it out, and the celery really works (sounded gross to me at first, who knew).

their mint tea is deeply satisfying.
i know it's not a cocktail, and i know it's sweet, but i end every meal there with this drink and it brings perfect closure to an aziza evening. sometimes i'll go there just for a dessert and this tea.

the muddled huckleberry is great, as well as the blood orange mint smash, their take on the traditional caprianha (sp?) will wipe your slate clean, it is phenomenal and yummmy!

make sure one of you orders the squab, you will never understand how breathtakingly good it is...i have eaten every main there (i cooked there for a while) and it's depth, richness, and suprising amount of squab meat will blow your mind!
