hi everyone
I have a recipe that calls for 2/3 cup almonds, ground. I already have pre-ground almond meal. About how much should I use? I know I could weigh it, but I don't have any whole almonds. ruh-roh. hoping someone can guide me. thanks

You might try this conversion calculator:

    http://www.gourmetsleuth.com/cookingc...

! entered .66 cups ground almonds and got 62.7 grams.

I found a ref that says 1 cup almonds = 4 oz ground.
So 2/3 cup almonds would be 2 2/3 oz ground.

      Hope that's right!
      good luck
