Le Marias Steaks?

There are two steaks at Le Marias that I'm trying to figure out what cut of beef they actually are.

First is their steak au Poivre. The menu says it's a tournedo. But as we all know, a tournedo is from the tenderloin, which is generally not kosher. So is Le Marias using another cut of beef or do they have a supply of nikkured beef?

Second, was a special I had on a Thursday night- grass fed beef. The waiter said that the steak was from the "tip of the rib" or something like that, but didn't sound like he knew what he was talking about. But it was delicious, and I want to see if I can find it in kosher butcher store.

Le Marais has a butcher in the front, you can call them and inquire about the cuts of meat. http://www.lemarais.net/index2.htm
