Folks in L.A. and Palm Springs area, try to catch "Chowhound TV" tonight. Restauranr revviews, including interviews with the chef as he cooks a recipe for the camers, it's worth watching or taping. Midnight tonight on PBS (KCET) and also seen on the Palm Springs PBS station.
