Cookies made with Natural Peanut Butter?

Does anyone have a cookie recipe they have successfully made with natural peanut butter? I have some I bought accidentally and I am not sure how to alter my recipes to accomodate the difference in texture.

Just make sure to incorporate the oil on the top of the peanut butter all the way down to the bottom when you open the jar, and you should have no texture problems.

The second I opened the jar I saw that it was separated and was glad that I'd planned to blow the whole jar in one go anyhow -- I think that's the real secret, that as long as its either perfectly mixed or you use the whole thing it doesn't mess up the cookies.

Never had a probem just putting in the natural stuff in any cookie recipe. There's usually enough sugar in a cookie recipe you don''t notice.

I personally always use natural peanut butter in all recipes, and have never found that it required alteration. I have seen a couple of recipes that stipulate Jif only or whatever, so I avoided them.

I frequently follow recipes that call for peanut butter which is NOT the natural stuff and use it anyway. Always comes out great w/o any alterations.
