Vegetarian Food in S. Florida?

Hi! I will be visiting my dad in Weston in a week or so and would love to expose him to some good vegetarian restaurants near where he lives. Except - I don't know of any!

Can anyone suggest some veg-friendly fare in Weston/Ft. Lauderdale/the surrounding area?

Another vote for Sublime. It is actually vegan and is considered one of the top restaurants in its genre in the USA.

Sublime is an excellent restaurant that's not too far from Weston and definitely worth the schlep!

Sublime is by far the best in Ft. Lauderdale. between Oakland and Sunrise on the west side of the road on Federal highway.
