i will be visiting outside netanya (moshav yanuv)mid september and would like to take my hosts to eat in netanya or nearby environs. Can anyone recommend restaurants or cafes that serve great food/or great valued food?I may need the restaurant to be kosher,so if you know of any that are can you tell me those as well? Are there any yemini or iraqi recommendations? What would the price be in dollars per person at these restaurants for a typical meal?Thank you in advance.

Lucullus is the only supposedly good restaurant in Netanya. It is French/kosher. I've never been there, so I can't vouch for it. It's been there for a million years, and I doubt that it'll knock your socks off (in a positive way, at least) if you're used to good food.

A restaurant that got a lot of recommendations in the past is Helena in Caesaria, about a ten or fifteen minutes drive to the north. It's not kosher. Again, never been and don't know if it's even still around, someone listed their number as 04-610-1018.

The area you're asking about is basically a culinary wasteland. If you want good yemenite or iraqi food, you'll probably have to drive to south Tel Aviv.
