I agree with buckethead....Horizons is the way to go for yummy vegan food. A lot of my non-vegetarian friends enjoyed our time here as well.

If you're not looking for vegan food, Le Bar Lyonnais is an organic restaurant (well, the main dining room counts as organic also but that's presumably not the type of dining experience for which you are looking). Georges Perrier has been using organic meats and produce from local farmers using sustainable farming techniques since 1970. Anything that needs to be bought non-locally comes from organic farms.
