Good challah near Paoli

Looking to buy some good challah for Rosh Hashanah. I've bought challah at Acme in the past but wasn't real happy with it. Any recommendations near Paoli?

If there's anyplace near there that carries Le Bus breads, they do an amazing huge round challah for Rosh Hashanah, but you may need to order in advance. Thank you.

Is it worth it for you to drive to Bala-Cynwyd and purchase the best at either Murray's or Hymie's delicatessens?

If you're coming all the way to Bala Cynwyd, why not just stop in Narberth and go to "Buy The Dozen?"

Actually, the Genuardi's in Wynnewood carries "Buy the Dozen" Challah.

The Shoprite in wilmington (right on 202 after you cross the DE border) carries Zomick's directly from New York. It's the best sweet egg challah around.

Genuardi's (at least St. Davids and Wynnewood locations) also carries Zomick's. Zomick's is our second favorite challah, after Le Bus. I don't care for "Buy the Dozen," except to order super-sized breads for special events.

Try the Whole Foods on Lancaster Avenue in Devon/Paoli area.
