Best Martinis or most creative??

I am looking for somewhere in Ventura County or Santa Barbara County that is know for their awesome or inventive martinis. My girlfriend and all her friends like to have a night on the town and the best martinis are the best for them...and yes they are looking for the foo foo ones!

The bartender at the Ojai Valley Inn makes fantastic martinis. They are haken really well so they have an icy topping. I am not sure what County that is in!
