Asking a BIG favor for dining assistance in SF

I'll only be in SF for 2 1/2 days and want to eat well. I'm willing to trek all over the city for good food. I was hoping to have one meal in Chinatown. I have't been to SF in about 7 years...but back then I ate at Postrio, Cafe LuLu, Fleur de Lys, Boulevard, Rubicon and other places I cannot remember (my fault not theirs). I know this is an open-ended and ambiguous post but please make any recommendations you can. thanks
