Phoenix Teppanyaki

kmarg Sep 5, 2007 08:10 PM

I've been looking for some new teppan places to try in Phoenix for a while.
Kyoto has gone down hill lately, and Sapporo can be kind of expensive. Benihana is too chain restaraunt. Since Ayako closed at the Biltmore I'm struggling to find any other places. Any ideas or recs?

Funny you should ask this question, as I have been craving Teppanyaki lately and was wondering the same thing. Hopefully CHs will come up with some good picks.

Sapporo at Thunderbird and Scottsdale is probably the most prominent.

Kyoto in Old Town is good.

Ah So on the westside is awesome.

for some reason the "link to a place" has never worked for me, on 3 different computers.

There is an Ah-so on the eastside as well. NEC of Baseline and Gilbert.
