Good race track food?

What is the best thing you've had at a race track, mine was an Italian sausage sandwich at the U.S. nationals, at Indianapolis raceway park, in indy.

Best for me was at Laguna Seca in Monterey: deep fried Artichoke Hearts, drizzled with grated Parmiggiano and fresh garlic!! oh hell Yeah!! sort of a local favorite, since the big 'choke fields are just up the road in Castroville.

Judging from the "No Reservations" show on Hong Kong, it must be the indoor "mall" next to a race track in Hong Kong in a large food court built to give former street vendors a place to set up shop. Anthony Bourdain noted that in the US, a food court is a pretty bad thing -- a setting for mass-produced chain food, while in HKK, it's wonderful.
