Lunch resto between QC and Montreal

Looking for recommendations for a lunch place for next Monday for the trip between Quebec City and Montreal. Want something inexpensive or interesting (as long as it is good) - pretty wide palates here. We will be travelling on 40 thru Trois Rivieres.
