Flaming, firm but gooey cheese. Gotta love it. Most of the Greek Places on the Danforth have it. Not sure where the best is, but try Pantheon, Avli, Christina's, Mezes, etc. etc. I think the saganaki is pretty similar at all of them.
Omanyia has always done a good saganaki. They now have a second version on their new menu, it is feta coated in sesame seeds. It's a little weird, not really saganaki, but very tasty. The good news is the traditional is still just as good, if you aren't that daring.
