Will be visiting a friend in Oxnard, driving on Pacific Coast Hwy.
Need to have lunch and dinner along the way.

+1 for Neptune's Net. It's my favorite get away spot - love the crab cakes, chowder and shrimp.

Biker bar/gearhead hangout with a mostly open-air patio and no real restrooms to speak of, but it's half restaurant half seafood shop. Great view, and you're almost guaranteed to find good people and conversation there.

        Geoffrey's, along PCH. Very Malibu.

Gladstones in Santa Monica. It s always awesome there. Close in to town. Have a drink on the porch and have appetizers. WOW this is a great place right next to the ocean.

I have never been back since the time a bird crapped on my steak and the waiter told me to eat around it!

I always enjoy Duke's, Malibu. Just make sure you ask for a table with a window overlooking the ocean (or you can sit on the patio). You may even see a star or two! Their fish is really good - and drinks are great, too! Se link below:

Try the Hula Pie it's Chocolate cookie crust topped with kona coffee ice cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and macadamia nuts. 1 slice will easily feed 2 people.....YUM

It IS delicious! And I like the fact that you can have your fish prepared many different ways. Always good!
