I'm looking for a place for sushi/sashimi in the sandy springs or dunwoody area.

Try Sushi Mania in Brookhaven - only a few miles away and well worth the trip.

Ask for the off the menu item "Chuck Special #1" - you won;t be disappointed

Lucky China on Chamblee Dunwoody has really good sushi. the restaurant is really cool. i know it sems like another take out place; but it's really neat.

Also, Sushi Yoshi on Spalding near HOlcomb Bridge is also an option.

I would stay away from Wasabi House in Dunwody Village, it's not the greatest.

If only Kampai was still open on Roswell Road... it was the best sushi in the area.

I occasionally do Wasabi House for lunch, but I'll get a bento box that has one roll and other stuff. For that, with just a spicy tuna roll, they're fine (and not too expensive for lunch).

The only Sandy Springs sushi that I am aware of is at Badayori. They are a buffet on the NW corner of Abernathy and Roswell Road. Nagoya and Circle Sushi are further north toward Roswell. I enjoy Nagoya more than Circle Sushi. My wife speaks favorably about Badayori.
