Greenville Sunday night anniversary dinner

We'll be in Greenville, SC on a Sunday night in a couple of weeks which happens to be our wedding anniversary.
33 Liberty is closed.
Any suggestions for that type of experience?

sorry you're not getting any recs here. I looked up Wine Cafe and American Grocery, both places I have not been to, but that have special occasion-ish menus, and they are closed on Sunday. I think Devereaux is probably your best bet.

      Thanks.
Most of the interesting places are closed on Sundays. Too bad.

I see Blue Fire Grill is open on Sundays. Any thoughts?

I would probably go with Devereaux's over Blue Fire. Service has been in steady deterioration at Blue Fire - so I only sit at the bar (sushi or regular) there now. Which isn't overly romantic for an anniversary! =)

Devereaux's will be better ambiance and good food.

We ate at Blue Fire recently and weren't impressed. All of our mains (scallops, fish, chicken) were overcooked and really dry. Also doesn't strike me as terribly romantic.

I'm really sorry nothing that hasn't been mentioned is coming to mind to me either. I did think of La Bastide, which is now owned by The Cliffs which might be a good sign, but they're closed on Sundays too.

If I recall from my days of living in Greenville, MOST things are closed on Sunday.
