Best Places to eat in Provincetown

My wife and I are visiting Provincetown for the second time this weekend. Last time we went was about 5 years ago and had some great dining experiences and a few really bad (touristy) ones...any suggestions of where to get great eats. From what I remember, there was a great Mexican/Seafood restaurant, and a really nice restaurant named after someone's dog....other than that, any recs would be greatly appreciated!

I had inquired about L'uva on this board a couple of times, with no replies. Seems to be under everyone's radar. Anyhow, my wife and I went there the middle of July and had a fabulous meal. Very good wine list, but on the expensive side. I would definately recommend checking it out. I don't have the exact address available right now, but it is on Bradford Street across from Napi's restaurant.
