    The bakery department Bristol Farms in the UTC area has miniature cupcakes.

      You mean a single one to eat by herself or the platters of dozens like they sell in the bakery section of Vons, Albertsons and Ralphs?

      If the former, French Cake on Convoy Street (with Nijiya Marketplace).

        I bet you could special order them from Elizabethan Desserts in Encinitas...her cupcakes and desserts are divine.
