Friday Lunch with Girlfriends Near Quarter

Last minute help! I haven't been back to NO since Katrina. 2 girlfriends and I are going for a girls' day tomorrow. We will be near the Quarter, French Market, River area - all walking distance and would love a great spot to lunch. Mid price with fun atmosphere and DELICIOUS food (that's most important)

Any suggestions??

Thanks! La in LA

Bacco and Bayona have lunch specials that are very reasonable still I believe, both in the Quarter. There probably are more I don't know who off the top of my head. Pick up a Gambit and look at the ads I guess.

I think I'd go to RioMar. Is Cochon open for lunch?

yes cochon is open for lunch. Remember there are a lot of people in town right now for Decadence, so you may have to make sure you have reservations or prepared to wait and most places in the quarter.

*Bacco (www.bacco.com )really does have a killer lunch special...and it's will be a stylish feminine spot.
*Cafe Adelaide would be another suggestion - call and check if they are doing lunch specials. (www.cafeadelaide.com
)*Herbsaint (on St.Charles Ave) a little outa the quarter but close...and def the vibe you want. (www.herbsaint.com)
