Aberdeen help!

Hi everyone. I'll be in Aberdeen this weekend. Am I destined to eat at chain restaurants all weekend (not that there's anything wrong with that)? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. We plan to head in to Baltimore/the harbor area one day, so I only really need recs for any place close by the Aberdeen. Thanks!

Don't know about Aberdeen but many many moons ago had wonderful crab cakes at the Tidewater Grill in Havre de Grace which is not so far away. I wonder if it is still good.

There is a historic hotel in downtown Aberdeen--Ward Hotel that has very good food in a nice atmosphere. I spent a couple of weeks in Aberdeen and this was my favorite.

meh? Is that a good "meh" or a bad "meh"? I've been curious about this place since I read on Coop's site that Clarence used to work there.

Just west of Aberdeen there's a place in "downtown" Edgewood called Clarences of New Orleans. Good Cajun fare.
