Hi. I'm looking for a reliable and experienced caterer to provide tasty lunch (with authentic local flavor) for a two-day business meeting with out of town folk. Can you guys tell me who your favorite caterer's are?

Southern Hospitality is good, but not great, at least in my experience. Then again, I prefer lighter foods... they do a nice job with super-savory and creamy dishes. We've used some of the delis in the CBD, including Steve's and Welty's, and we usually have good results with them.

Pigeon Catering (pronouced "Pee zhjan") is good. My company has used them for a couple of events.

if your in the know, Constantine is the best as far as ingredients and execution.

Thanks you guys. This is really good information. Actually, a couple of these are ones that I had come across before, so that is a good indicator to me that they are well-regarded.
