Mini burger buns?

I'm thinking about making mini sliders/burgers for our labor cocktail party. Does anyone know where I can get cute little mini burger buns? What kind of meat do you recommend?

  1. I just saw small kaiser rolls at Hows market, Smart & Final has some small rolls also. Go to Hows and get some boneless chuck roast & ask them to grind it, season with salt, pepper garlic powder & onion powder and you are good to go.

    1. You can also get small rolls (not burger-specific, but still the right size) in pretty much any bread aisle or bakery section of a supermarket.

For the meat, the ideal is to go to Huntington's in the Farmer's Market and ask for "Nancy Silverton's blend."

      1. Oven Joy dinner rolls from the 99c store. And I recommend lean ground CHUCK.
