ISO foodie tours/short cooking classes in Lisbon or Porto

We will be visiting Lisbon and Porto in late October for nine days. We are in search of guided day tours (in English) covering food/wine/markets (or day-long cooking classes) in Lisbon or Porto during that time. Do you have any suggestions?
