Thirsty Bear???

It's been about 4 years since I was last at Thirsty Bear. Is it still worth a visit? I am looking for a place to host a work event that is BART friendly. Thanks!

  1. Beer's excellent....tapas etc. a matter of taste, some outstanding. For a brewery, pretty good chow. Fresh tea is a very pleasant surprise.

    1. I think it's Tuesdays that that they have a cheaper pint special on their featured brew. I went on that night deliberately and my spouse was lucky that it happened to be the IPA (his fav). So definitely good beer on the cheap. I had the garlicy shrimp, gambas and the albondigas, both were tasty. I always feel that the tapas thing can get kinda pricey for the amount of food you get but these two items were yummy and I would eat them again with my bargain beer.

      1. I like Thirsty Bear for their private use space upstairs (and pool tables). I've enjoyed their tapas and always leave full.
