Work Event - 30 people for good food & FUN

I need to plan a work event FAST. My team is wrapping up a tough project and we want to celebrate. We want to do a lunch and then have a place to hang out and drink / snack. Looking for something fun with outdoor seating and tasty food. I don't want to go anywhere stuffy - looking for something FUN and hopefully sunny and BART friendly. Any suggestions would be welcome. I don't want to go to something vanilla like Palomino's. Thanks!
