I ordered a ton of valrhona from Chocodirect.com last month. They sometimes have it on special when it's about to expire (prices from $1 - $3 per 70g bar). They also include a bunch of free chocolate bars depending on how big your order is (I got about 5 different kinds of bars for a $50 order).

So it looks like Holt's Cafe is a no as well, though it's possible that they'd carry them closer to Christmas.

Keep looking, enough restaurants seem to use it...there must be a source (maybe from the cash and carry of a food supplier like sysco?)

Qzina in the north end might have it.
