    This place might fit the bill: owners are from Chile, and it's quite popular with the locals. Los Andes Bakery, 180 Valley Street, Sleepy Hollow.

      You must go to Quimbaya in Ossining. It is a Columbian coffee shop you can see from route 9 right in town. They have great empanadas and other savory pastries. They also have a huge selections of coffee beverages. Go, and go soon.

        I second this-- I love Quimbaya for EVERYTHING, but especially the empanadas!
