Looking for some places to accomplish both goals. There are no other requirements.

I like to catch a game in the front dining room at RUB. Barbecue and flat screen t.v.

Hagi Izayaka on W. 49th (the places address is wrong). It's a Japanese style pub. Make sure you read what's on their specials menu, sometimes they have interesting stuff.

Very good call on RUB...I've caught a few whole games there with an early inning feeding and late inning one as well. Not sure if its "foodie food," but a few of the top burger places will have a game on, such as Melon's and Molly's (the latter of which has a great burger but also very good pub food). One thing to note with all of the above though is that they will have the game on but likely will not have the sound on (especially for non-playoff type games...for those, the sound might be on). Not as big a deal for baseball as other sports, but somthing to consider. Can't think of a great place with the sound on and excellent food.
