  1. I enjoy Ceviche from time to time as well, but it is often too crowded and the food can be hit or miss. I work at Cafe Alma, which stays open late, always has a smart crowd and the food is at least a notch above Ceviche. Come in and ask for me and I would be happy to take care of you.

Hate to disagree but I think Cafe Alma's *appallingly* bad. I'm always astounded when people here say otherwise. The other night I had straight-from-the-fridge hummous, stiff and stale, with dried-out pita; before that, mediocre ceviche and the most tasteless beef carpaccio ever. Boo.

Agreed that Ceviche's too crowded :-)

Hey there spigot, sorry you don't like Cafe Alma. I do disagree though...

What places have you enjoyed? I noticed your thread about bakeries, bbq, etc. Care to go back there and post your findings?
