Neutro Gelato powder source in LA?

I am trying to find a source for Neutro Stabilizing Powder for Gelato in the Los Angeles area. Someone at Sur la Table told me that Surfas used to carry it but I called and they no longer have it. I'm not sure where to look next. Any suggestions?

I believe you're looking for *neutral* stabilizing powder, not "Neutro".

Try guar gum at your local Whole Foods...

I think the brand name is Neutro CF - Neutral Stabilizing Powder. It's an Italian product. I have tried guar gum but it makes the final product too stringy. Apparently the Neutro powder is a combination of sugar, dextrose, stabilizers E410, E412.
