Food and Wine Festivals

If you could go to one food and wine festival in the USA, which one would it be and why. Aspen, South Beach, New Orleans? Any others worth the expense?

Never been to the ones in South Beach or New Orleans, but I used to live in Aspen and have been to Food & Wine several times. That and their summer music festivals were the some of the best parts about living there.

Guess I could have elaborated a bit. The weather mid-June in Aspen is perfect -- beautiful,, sunny days and cool clear nights. The Grand Tent is set up in Wagner Park close to the base of Aspen Mountain (Ajax). I didn't attend many seminars, but the grand tastings twice a day are really nice -- just watch how much you drink if you're not used to the altitude! Great restaurants and night life in town. I'd go again in a heartbeat.
