recipe for black silkie chicken?
just got back from grocery shopping in chinatown. picked up a black silkie on a whim and i have no idea how to prepare it. does anyone have a recipe that they can share?
I saw some today, remembered your post, and thought ``yeah... what DO you do with them anyway?``
Seems the consensus is differnent coloured meat, medicinal properties, and soup or hot pot is the thing.
