Best Grilled Cheese in Dallas

Title says it all. I'm looking for the best "classic" grilled cheese in Dallas. I've had them at Burger House, Peggy Sue's, and *gasp* Sonic. I think out of the three, Peggy Sue's was the best, but figure there has to be a resident expert in the Chow community.

What's the Chow opinion of where the best can be found?

Tillman's Roadhouse in Oak Cliff. They have a grilled cheese special. I had fontina on olive bread. Hmmmm!!

Not sure what makes a grilled cheese "classic", but my wife and I are big fans of Mimis Cafe's 5 Way Grilled Cheese.

It has four cheeses, so not so traditional..

That being said, I love the grilled cheese at "The Chocolate Angel" in Richardson

Lucky's on Oak Lawn, without a doubt.

Oh, and I think the one at Cafe Brazil is awesome.

Try the Highland Park Pharmacy on Knox. Excellent!
