Upon reading this thread I started missing the wonderful zuc fries at the Village Restaurant that was razed to make way for the new Albertsons at 18th and Lakeshore in Oaktown. Their z fries were almost the only good thing they made, but the owners went back to the West Bank when the bulldozers arrived. Will try Fat Lady.
