what is best burger in manhattan?

everyone has their favorite burger place...i've tried many but two places that i think have good burgers are uptown. One is Big Nick's on broadway ,,the other is Soup Burg on lexington and 78th , I 'd like to hear other places for a 'great' hamburger.
