A group of 6 of us need some recs for good places to carb up the night before the marathon. We will be staying near disneyland, but have transportation. We will have 5 adults and one 6 year old child (who is well behaved in restaurants). Inexpensive to Moderate pricing would be appreciated. Everyone has different food budgets. I'm thinking nothing over the $20 entree range! Thanks

I think our family will be going to Buca di Beppo on Harbor the night before the half, as it's close to where we are staying (Hyatt in Garden Grove).

Carolina's is nearby and does great red-sauce pasta dishes. It is on the northeast corner of West and Chapman, so about a mile from Disneyland. It is small and quaint, a cozy restaurant.

If you want to keep with the Disney theme, in Downtown Disney you will find the Naples restaurant. Decent Italian on the resort property.

If you're in the mood for pizza, you can try Marri's Pizza, on Katella just west of West.

Find an indian, like Anapurna in Artisia on Pioneer and go for the breads. Anapurna has good Dosas.

I hear the anaheim White House is OK

Agreed on the carbing up on Indian food in Artesia! I like Rasraj (also on Pioneer) for dosas, burfi, and falooda shakes. These items are super cheap and the dosas are potatoes in a crepe, so pure spicy, carby goodness.
