Business lunch in Financial District or TriBeCa?

Anyone have a recommendation for a business lunch in the Financial District or TriBeCa? Probably something nice and "have to try it once" but in the $30-$50 per person range.

    I second Bouley. Also Blaue Gans, and Duane Park is pretty good.
