lunch in Old Town Alexandria with a toddler?

I'm meeting a friend I haven't seen in a while for a weekday lunch in Old Town and will be bringing my two-year-old along. Looking for a place that's not necessarily all about kids, but will not frown when I walk in the door with him and will have a high chair into which I can strap him. Cuisine is not as important, as long as the food is decent. Not too loud, as we will likely want to catch up. Is there such a place?

I thought about the Pita House, but it's so small, I'm not sure they have high chairs...

Overwood Grill has been very kid-friendly, food is decent.

My first instinct was Eamonn's, but I've never been there when it was busy, so I don't know what the noise levels get to.

Taverna Cretekou has terrific food and is very family friendly. I go there with my 20 month old all the time. They have a lovely terrace behind the restaurant, which is where I usually go. My son loves their chicken lemon soup.
