Buffalo anything in SEA...

Having moved to Seattle from the east coast, I've noticed a lack of buffalo chicken items at restaurants, other than wings. Back east I could get it as a sub, on a pizza, calzone, etc. Does anyone know of any places for something similar?

  1. What's a buffalo pizza? A special style from Buffalo, or a pizza topped with Crystal hot sauce and blue cheese dressing?

There is a restaurant out in Marblemount that has buffalo on the menu, but that is the meat, not the style.

Sorry--should have been clearer--the latter. Chicken in buffalo sauce and blue cheese. It's commonplace back east. And delicious.

        Crystal? please.

        It's gotta be Frank's.
The original buffalo wing hot sauce.

And you're right, "buffalo" is definitely underrepresented here compared to the East coast.

oops, I know my Mexican sauces better than the Louisiana ones :)

Are there any East coast based chains out here? Or do we get all of trendy stuff from California?
